Basic Rental Rules

To receive a complete deposit refund you must:

1: Clean the entire facility; including dishes, pots & pans, sinks, showers and toilets to original condition and put away all items. Remove trash to the end of the driveway curb.

2: Wash, Dry and Fold all towels, linens & bedding and return them to their original places.

3: Maintain Heat no higher than 76° (set to 66° upon leaving). Maintain AC no lower than 72° (set to 82° upon leaving).

4: Clean and empty Refrigerators and Freezers.

5: Turn off all accessories including Lamps, Lights, Fans, TVs, Satellite & Audio Systems. Replace all remote controls with the appropriately controlled component.
